Now Hiring - Sales/Marketing in Pipestone, MN

We are looking for a dedicated sales & marketing enthusiast to join our team. You will become an expert in our clothing & home decor, and share your knowledge of the latest trends with our customers. You would assist customers by recommending items, and promoting new products to create a look that excites them. You would photograph and promote our products and store using social media and other forms of advertising. Strong sales and computers skills are great backgrounds for this role.

This is a full-time position. You will work a flexible schedule of approximately 40 hours per week including rotating weekends. You can earn sales bonuses that are tied to our revenue growth.
While Geyermans Clothing Co. has been in business since 1858, the current owners purchased it from the Geyermans family in 2005. Since then, we have grown to have 3 store locations: Pipestone, MN / Sauk Centre, MN / Mitchell, SD We have a love for creating warm spaces with our home decor & are so happy to share our love of comfortable, affordable, quality women’s fashion & trends for all ages! Our goal is to help women everywhere feel their best kind of beautiful.

Qualifications, Responsibilities and Requirements

• Become an expert in our products and have great sales & customer service experience.
• Have a passion for helping people and the ability to offer additional products to customers. Generate new sales from our social media posts.
• Contribute ideas to improve sales, products, and operations, and work with management to implement improvements.
• Support colleagues and contribute to a positive and enjoyable work environment.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
